It’s impossible to guess what is in the upcoming Beat Saber DLC. Recent music pack additions have included Panic! at the Disco, Green Day and Timbaland. Facebook acquired Beat Games, the studio behind Beat Saber in late 2019, an acquisition that no doubt injected some money into Beat Games’ efforts to bring forth new music packs into the game.
There is a likelihood Facebook might be preparing wind up 2020 with a bang with recent reports suggesting that its new Oculus Quest headset, ‘Oculus Quest 2‘, is in the offing and will see a launch before the end of the year. There are also new avatars as well as a new Horizon VR push. The Oculus Quest headset will also see new big games including The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners and a new Star Wars game. However, the release schedule of these new VR gems is still a mystery. We are likely to see more Facebook VR surprises before the end of the year.
